I ordered beef bimbimbap - taste more like fried rice than bibimbap. Will NOT order from this place again, nor will i recommend it to others.

I made an order with these guys 2/19 for dinner, and after 2 hours, still no phone call or no food; called their phone number, the phone just kept ringing - no voicemail.

This place is terrible. I ordered plain vegetable ramen. It came and was very spicy. I called asked them to fix the order because I didn't order spicy ramen. They resent plain ramen without vegetables. I basically paid $11 for noodles in salt water. Ridiculous and not worth the energy.

Food quality is terrible

WORST DELIVERY AND ORDER EVER. Can't say anything about the food because the service was lower than whale sht. Sent the order in, got the email confirmation, but THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND SAY IT THEY COULDN'T DO IT. Wasted over an hour of my lunch waiting. Had to call and ask, and that's when they said, SORRY. Putting one star only because I heard good things about this. "heard" being the choice word.

forgot the hot sauce for my bibimbap! all i tasted in it was salt :(

Delivery time is consistently on the longer end of the range, but never too late. They do not offer any bahn-chon (complimentary side dishes) that many Korean restaurants do. Hence, their prices seem a bit high. Dduk Mandoo gook has yummy broth, but mandoo and dduk ratio is a bit light. Kimchee pancakes became soggy in the delivery transit - wish they had been toasted and crispy. Also note the pancakes came with rice.

My food never showed up despite having received a confirmation email that it would be. I have also been trying to call and no one picks up the phone at the restaurant. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Food very good, very authentic taste!

Delivery time says 15-30 minutes, but it took over an hour. And the food was cold! Also says it comes with Miso soup - mine did not.

Same issue with delivery and forgetfulness (more like an oblivion) of owners.. Took 20 more minutes than 30-45 minute estimate and this delivery guy (the whole damn place) forgot my shumai. Being a Korean myself the food here is overrated and not worth the price listed. Never want to do anything with this. Worst period.

food is ok but I could order the same thing a lot more from other korean places. Anything on the comment is not read

Food was tasteless and horrible.

Wow this was bad. 30 minutes later than expected and freezing cold. On top of that the portion was embarrassingly small. Would have been easier to burn my money or hand it to the homeless. Look elsewhere as this was the biggest disssapointment ive had since i saw Hangover II

scallion pancakes arrived with no sauce, cost too much. pretty bland. Why do they come with a side of rice? Veggie dumplings were suspect and I do not believe they were veggie. Miso soup was a huge container of salty water with some pieces of seaweed at the bottom. Disappointing...

They forgot my soup! The food was decent, but I tried calling for three hours and no one picked up.

Ordered the Kimchi Tofu Stew. Taste was pretty good but a bit stingy on the ingredients. I only had 3 maybe 4 pieces of tofu and very small pieces of meat.

waited 45 mins, call them, they said the delivery guy is on the way, 1 hour, no food, all i ordered is two dishes. the lady i talked to has no solutions, asked me to call the delivery guy(why i should call), asked me to wait patiently(which i ve done for 1hour already). still no food. Despite their food quality, this is ridiculous!

yum! I love Korean food, and this place is pretty decent, not expensive either :)

The worst delivery place ever. It usually takes 1 hour to get it delivered, and the restaurant does not really care about it. They also sometimes makes mistakes on the order. I am Korean and this is absolutely the worst place to order food from.

maybe it's good for midtown, but it sure isn't koreatown. the kimchi was shredded, like sauerkraut! weird. and the kimchi chigae didn't have all the expected stew veggies in it, and only a few little pieces of tofu and pork. definitely not the korean food that i was craving.

Their Kimchi fried rice is not my favorite but the flavor was really nice. Enough for me to sweat around the eyes!

Acceptable.

I ordered Spicy Kimchi Ramen with Dumplings for $12. I got Spicy Ramen (which could have been out of an instant noodle package) so I think I'm justified in my dissapointment. I might try again though as colleagues have had better luck.

Decently authentic Korean food that's the best value outside Koreatown

The food is delicious. It's prepared home-style and with care, but is delivered quickly. Great variety, great prices - by far one of my favorite places in the city.

Worst bibimbop I've ever had: salty meat of unknown origin, no sesame oil, no fried egg, no side of miso soup and the banchan was more Japanese than Korean. I was so excited to see a new Korean place in the area but it is unfortunately very bad.

Fast delivery but the bimbimbap I ordereded wasnt good.

Worst bibimbap EVER. Looks like a small pile of vegetable fried rice. No flavor. No nothing. NEVER again.

This restaurant is a disaster. They substituted all of my entrees because they "did not have the ingredients". The side dishes provided were stale and the food looked horrible and tasted barely like Korean food.
